We are pleased to inform you that the German Application Center was awarded the RAL quality mark for the fair placement of nursing
professionals on July 7, 2025!
Since 2021, we have been successfully placing nurses from countries such as India, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates in Germany – with the clear goal of recruiting talent fairly, transparently and sustainably. For us, fair and ethical recruitment means treating international nursing staff with respect, providing them with individual support and opening up real career prospects.
The “Fair Recruitment Nursing Germany” quality mark is an important milestone for us. It underlines our commitment to high quality standards and unified cooperation – both with the nursing staff and with our partners. At the same time, it motivates us to continuously develop our processes and grow as a company.
How is the quality seal awarded?
“The basis for the regulatory content of the RAL quality mark is the state quality seal of the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG). Independent audits ensure that the agreed criteria are objectively adhered to.
The requirements of the RAL Quality Mark “Fair Recruitment Care Germany” offer companies in the care and healthcare industry a basis for developing content-related and practical recruitment strategies in line with these defined criteria.
The requirements catalog of the RAL Quality Mark sets out clear and verifiable specifications that companies in the private sector recruitment sector must meet. Only then will they be awarded the RAL Quality Mark.”
