We are delighted to share two positive developments with you today:
Firstly, we are proud to announce that our company has been awarded the “Fair Recruitment Care Germany” seal of approval by the Kuratorium Deutsche Altershilfe (KDA). This means that we are now officially listed on the seal of approval website and are making a
demonstrable contribution to the fair, transparent and responsible recruitment of nursing staff from third countries.
What does the seal of approval mean in concrete terms?
The “Fair Recruitment Nursing Germany” seal of approval stands for compliance with high ethical and legal standards throughout the entire recruitment process. It is only awarded to recruitment agencies and employers who can prove that they are committed to fair working conditions, transparent procedures, voluntary migration and comprehensive preparation of care workers. The award is based on a structured review process and is linked to clear criteria.
Successful first half-year:
We were able to accompany a total of 33 trainees to Germany – and have already celebrated two welcome events together with the nursing schools and practical sponsors. These moments of arrival and encounters are always special highlights of our work.
Outlook:
Cologne, the 01st of August 2025 Looking ahead, we are also confident: we have already successfully placed over 28 trainees
with practical providers for the start of training in fall 2025. We are currently preparing and submitting the visa applications so that everyone can start their training on time and well prepared.
The Fair Recruitment seal is not only recognition for us, but also an incentive to continue to design our processes with the utmost care and in the interests of all those involved.
